EXLITA
Whitepaper
Version 2.0, 27 September 2026. Published by Exlita at exlita.com.
Abstract
EXLITA is the token of Exlita, the crypto platform at exlita.com. It is a standard Token-2022 token on Solana with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, on-chain metadata served from Exlita’s own domain, and no fee on transfers. It has no freeze authority and no permanent delegate: no one can lock or take tokens held in a wallet. It launches in a public pool at an all-in price of 0.70 USDT.
This paper states exactly how the token is built, who holds which power over it, where every token sits at launch, which fees exist and where they go, and the risks of holding it.
The token
| Name | Exlita |
|---|---|
| Symbol | EXLITA |
| Network | Solana mainnet |
| Program | Token-2022 (TokenzQdBNbLqP5VEhdkAS6EPFLC1PHnBqCXEpPxuEb), the token program maintained for Solana. EXLITA uses no custom program. |
| Decimals | 6 |
| Supply | 1,000,000,000, fixed |
| Extensions | Metadata pointer and token metadata. Nothing else: no transfer fee, no transfer hook, no permanent delegate. |
| Metadata | https://exlita.com/token/exlita.json |
Token-2022 extensions are fixed when a token is created; none can be added later. EXLITA was created with only the three above, which is also why every major Solana venue (Raydium, Orca, Meteora) accepts it without special approval.
Supply and allocation
All 1,000,000,000 tokens are created once, in a single step, and the power to create more is renounced in the same moment. Burning is possible and only ever lowers the supply.
| Allocation | Share | Tokens |
|---|---|---|
| Launch pool | 20% | 200,000,000 |
| Exlita treasury | 80% | 800,000,000 |
The treasury is held in Exlita’s wallet, published below. It is not locked or vested. Exlita intends to use it to deepen liquidity and for listings, and will publish any significant movement.
Launch
EXLITA launches in a single-sided pool on Meteora DAMM v2: the pool holds only EXLITA, and the USDT side comes from buyers. The pool opens at 0.682500 USDT, so that after the pool’s 2.5% fee a buyer pays 0.70 USDT for each EXLITA received.
The pool holds no liquidity below its opening price, so the price in this pool can rise as people buy and fall back toward, but not below, where it opened, until other liquidity is added. The pool’s liquidity belongs to Exlita and is not locked: Exlita can add to it or withdraw it. The swap fee is paid to Exlita as the pool’s liquidity provider, less the venue’s share.
Fees
No transfer fee
EXLITA carries no fee when it moves between wallets. A Token-2022 token’s extensions are fixed when it is created, and EXLITA was created without the transfer fee extension, so a transfer fee can never be added by anyone, Exlita included.
Pool and exchange fees
The launch pool charges 2.5% on every buy and sell, paid in USDT to its liquidity provider, Exlita, less the venue’s share. Other pools that anyone opens set their own fees; a swap shows its route and fee before it is confirmed. When EXLITA is listed on Exlita, trades there carry 2.5% for makers and 2.5% for takers.
Authenticity
Anyone can create a token called EXLITA. The genuine one is identified by its mint address, published on exlita.com and in this paper, and its metadata is served from exlita.com, a domain no imitation can use. Before buying, compare the address shown in your wallet or on the exchange with the one below.
Exlita also holds XLITA, after its second domain, xlita.com. XLITA is reserved: none exist and it does not trade. Any XLITA offered for sale is not Exlita’s. Its address is below.
EXLITA on Exlita
Exlita intends to list EXLITA on its own platform, with the maker and taker fees above. Listing requires a price source for the market and custody for deposits and withdrawals; both are in development and will be announced when available. Nothing in this paper promises a date.
Risks
- EXLITA is a digital token, not a share, a deposit, a debt or a claim on Exlita. It carries no promise of any return.
- Its price can fall, including to zero, and there may at times be no one to trade with.
- The pool’s liquidity and the treasury are held by Exlita and are not locked.
- Keys that hold the token’s authorities could be lost or compromised.
- Solana, its token program or a trading venue could fail, halt or change.
- Laws on digital tokens differ between countries and change. EXLITA may not be available where you live; you are responsible for the rules that apply to you.
Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
